The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay ranges listed below. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
For candidates living in Boston, MA, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, and Washington, DC, the pay range is $110,600 – $129,950.
For candidates living in the United States, besides Boston, MA, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, and Washington, DC, the pay range is $93,700 – $110,100.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a US-based role that requires the employee to reside within the 48 contiguous states.
The Lead Specialist, Staff Education & Training provides integral support to APHL as a whole through managing employee education and training initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, oversight and administration of the Staff Educational Series, training delivered by external vendors, and the APHL Leadership Academy. The Lead Specialist is dedicated to enriching the professional growth and skill development of APHL’s workforce by identifying training needs, creating and updating training materials, conducting relevant and engaging trainings, and evaluating training success.
The Lead Specialist, Staff Education & Training reports to the Manager, Leadership Programs in Experiential Learning and works closely with the Director, Engagement & Development in People and Culture.
