The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay ranges listed below. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
For candidates living in Boston, MA, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, and Washington, DC, the pay range is $69,300 – $80,550.
For candidates living in the United States, besides Boston, MA, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, and Washington, DC, the pay range is $58,700 – $68,250.

The Specialist, Power Platform Developer, Information Systems is responsible for the development, enhancement, and advanced support of APHL’s Information Systems (IS), with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform. The Specialist leads the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerApps to support internal operations and cross-departmental initiatives. This role proactively identifies opportunities for automation and innovation, develops scalable applications, and supports continuous improvements to business processes. In addition, the Specialist manages complex IS tickets, oversees system configurations, and serves as a technical expert for SharePoint and Power Platform strategy. The Specialist supports the Association Management System and other IS platforms as needed, including data architecture, integrations, and web development. The Specialist reports to the Manager, Information and Technology Solutions, collaborates extensively with APHL staff across departments, and may guide or mentor junior team members. The Specialist contributes to strategic projects, system governance, and organization-wide digital transformation initiatives.
